Tear off the larger paper from the adhesive cast and place the foot patch on the adhesive cast.
The side with the lettering must be glued to the plaster.
(In other words, the letters printed on the foot patch must never touch your skin.)

Place the foot patch already in the fusion adhesive on your vola.
Step 4
Tear off the smaller paper from the sticker and place
Tighten all the adhesive on your hem. Stick it while sleeping, be sure to stick it for more than 6 hours. If possible, we strongly recommend that you use the patch for 8 hours.
Step 6
Next, remove the patch pocket and cleanse the skin.
