Peter Hernou (Belgium, 18/07/1970) is world champion Latte Art, trainer of several other world and national champions and member of different international juries.

As the driving force behind Art in a cup, he continuously aims at improving the final result and quality of the cup of coffee. He acts as independent consultant and coach for small enterprises as well as internationally renowned names, manufactures, roasters and consumers.

Tyson Stelzer is a multi-award winning wine writer with an annual readership of four million. He was named International Champagne Writer of the Year in The Louis Roederer International Wine Writers' Awards 2011. Tyson is a regular contributor to more than twelve wine magazines including Wine Spectator, America's largest selling wine publication, Decanter, the UK's most prominent wine magazine, and in Australia, Gourmet Traveller Wine, Style Magazine and Australian Wine Showcase.

Massimo Listri vit à Florence. Il collabore à un grand nombre de revues italiennes et étrangères, parmi lesquels AD, FMR, Connaissance des Arts, Beaux Arts et L '?? il. Il s'est spécialisé dans la photographie d'architecture et d'intérieurs d'art. Il a publié de nombreux ouvrages dont Terre de Toscane, Villas et palais de Rome, Marrakech .... Cristina Acidini Luchinat, historienne d'art, occupe le poste de Soprintendente per il Polo Museale. Elle est l'auteur d'ouvrages tels Trésors des Médicis, Botticelli: Les allégories mythologiques, Michel-Ange peintre.
