This auction is for a beautiful PROOF / SPECIMEN Banknote from BRAZIL, 50 Mil (50.000) Reis ND(1900).
The note is a proof from the archives of Bradbury & Wilkinson.
It also has a sign of that company at lower border and a "Specimen-hole" at right side.
The note has three strong folds.
The right fold is so strong, that it is nearly torn.
Someone put light tape on it to fix it.
In spite of that the paper has still crispness and the colours are bright.
You even can still feel the intaglio print of the note.
It is only uniface printed.
Never seen before anywhere else.
A rare item and seldom offered!
